Josh Tolkoff is a serial entrepreneur with extensive hands-on managerial experience with early stage companies gained as a founder of multiple Medical Device companies. He has led Harbor Medical Devices as CEO, ACT Medical as Founder & Chairman and Seedling Enterprises, a device incubator, as Founder. He is the past Chairman of Mass Medic, a consortium of 400 Massachusetts medical device companies. Josh received his AB Degree from Harvard, Cum Laude, concentrating in Engineering and Applied Physics and his MS in Bio Mechanics from MIT.
