Vice President, Global Human Resources/ Organizational Development

Ann Smith Liotta has been appointed to the newly created position of Vice President, Global Human Resources/Organizational Development for NYPRO, Inc.

NYPRO is a privately held $725 million Global ESOP contract manufacturing company that is capitalizing on a multibillion dollar value added outsourcing trend. It has the leading share of the global and domestic market for custom manufacturing injection molded products, as they serve the Medical Device, Computer, Telecommunications, Automotive and Consumer Products market and it has enjoyed 17 years of increased sales & profitability, primarily achieved through internal sales growth and increased market share.

The company has 10,000 employees in 62 manufacturing facilities worldwide in 17 countries. The key to its success is a customer service focused regional strategy that clusters global operations under Regional Vice Presidents, unifying services on a focused regional basis while maintaining global connectivity for better utilization of assets and more effective program management.

The Search focus targeted on identifying world-class, multi-site, customer oriented manufacturing companies with a heavy customer service orientation. Prior to joining NYPRO, she was the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services for AVID Technology, a $400 million Global manufacturer of digital editing and professional audio systems. She has Global experience in large technology and leading "Best-in-Class" companies including Eastman Kodak, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Motorola and Data General, where she has been responsible for the design and implementation of strategic, organizational and human development programs, quality training initiatives, compensation and incentive plans and major recruitment programs.

Ms. Liotta holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston College.
